Go to the SmartPing.live website (https://smartping.live/). On the homepage, you'll see a "Login/Signup" button. Click this button and select the "As Entity" option.
2. Provide Company Information
You'll be directed to a registration form. Choose "New Registration" if you're a new user. Fill out the customer acquisition form with your company details and ensure all information is accurate.
3. Verify Your Contact Information
Once you submit the form, you'll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS and email for verification. Enter the OTPs in the designated fields and click "Submit."
4. Verify Your Email Address
A verification link will be sent to your registered email address. Check your inbox and spam folder for this email. Click the verification link to confirm your email address.
5. Application Processing and Approval
After successful email verification, you'll receive a message confirming your application submission. The application will go through three stages with the Operator:
KYC Pending: The Operator will review and approve your Know Your Customer (KYC) documents. You might receive a payment link for KYC processing via email and SMS.
DLT Approval Pending: Once payment is received, the Operator will initiate DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) approval.
Entity Approval: Upon successful completion of all stages, the Operator will send your login credentials to your registered email address.
