Ordrio SaaS: Changing Your Store Subdomain

This article guides you through customizing your Ordrio store's subdomain within the Ordrio SaaS dashboard. By default, Ordrio assigns a subdomain based on your company name. However, you can personalize it for better branding.

Prerequisites:

• An active Ordrio SaaS account with store creation rights.

Steps to Change Your Store Subdomain:

1. Log in to your Ordrio SaaS Dashboard:

• Navigate to the Ordrio SaaS login page https://control.ordrio.com/.

• Enter your account email address and password.

• Click "Log In" or similar to access your dashboard.

2. Access Store Settings:

• Once logged in, locate the section for managing your store settings. This is labeled with the Settings Icon on the top right of the Panel.

3. Locate Subdomain Settings:

• Within the store settings, look for a section related to domain or URL configuration. It is named "Current Store URL.

4. Edit Your Subdomain:

• In the designated field, you'll see your current subdomain assigned by Ordrio.

• Click on the Change link and edit the needed subdomain as per your wish and click on Check availability.

• Remember, your chosen subdomain should be unique and relevant to your brand.

5. Save Changes:

• Once you've entered your preferred subdomain, click the "Set as store link" Button.
