  1. Access Settings: Click on the settings icon (usually a wrench icon) in the top right corner of your Ordrio dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Domains: In the settings menu, look for a section labeled "Setup Domain." Click on it to access your domain management options.

  3. Connect Existing Domain: Locate the option to connect an existing domain. This is a button labeled "Connect Existing Domain" Click on it.

  4. Enter Your Domain: In the provided field, type your desired domain name (e.g., yourstore.com). Important: Avoid using subdomains within the domain name itself (e.g., don't use "shop.yourstore.com" - use "yourstore.com" instead).

  1. Get DNS Records: Click on "Continue" button to proceed. Ordrio will display the necessary DNS records you need to update with your domain registrar. These records typically include:

    • Type: A Record

    • Host: @ (sometimes left blank)

    • Points to: 77.83.143.36

    • TTL: Time To Live (usually 30 minutes)

  2. Verification:

Click on the "Verify" button. Please note: It can take 10 minutes to up to 24 hours for the changes you made to your domain registrar's DNS records to take effect globally. This delay is called propagation and depends on your domain registrar's policies.

  3. Completing the Connection:

Once your domain verification is successful, Ordrio will be able to automatically add it to your store. You may see a confirmation message or receive an email notification once the connection is complete.
