How to update Store Details

Keeping your store information accurate and up-to-date is vital for building trust with customers. Here's how to edit your Ordrio store's essential details:

1. Access Store Settings:

  • Look for the Settings icon in the top right corner of your Ordrio dashboard. It might resemble a wrench or gear symbol. Click on this icon.

2. Edit Store Details:

  • Within the Settings menu, locate a section labeled Edit Store Details. This option allows you to edit your store's core information.

3. Update Your Information:

  • Once you're on the Store Details page, you'll be able to modify various details:

    • Store Logo: Upload your brand logo that will be displayed on your store's front-end.

    • Legal Name: Enter your company's legal name as registered.

    • Business Name: This is the publicly visible name of your store that customers will see.

    • Store Type: Indicate your business type (e.g., Grocery, FMCG, Electronics, Health, Toys, Books, etc).

    • Contact Details: Update your store's contact information, including phone number and email address.

    • Currency: Select the currency your store will use for transactions.

    • Timezone: Choose the appropriate time zone for your store's operations.

4. Save Your Changes:

  • Once you've made all the necessary edits, locate the Save button and click it to save your updated store details.
