Adding In-House Delivery Partners to Your Store

Integrating in-house delivery partners can enhance your store's delivery capabilities and provide a more personalized experience for your customers. This article will guide you through the process of adding delivery partners using the In-House Delivery Fleet plugin.

Steps

  1. Activate the In-House Delivery Fleet Plugin:

  • Go to your store's dashboard.

  • Navigate to the "Plugins" page.

  • Find the "In-House Delivery Fleet" plugin and click "Activate."

  1. Access Delivery Partner Settings:

  • After activating the plugin, go to the "Settings" section of your dashboard.

  • In the settings page, click on "Delivery Partners."

  1. Delivery Partner Dashboard:

  • You'll now see the delivery partner dashboard, which provides an overview of:

    • Total number of delivery partners

    • Active delivery partners

    • Average orders per delivery partner

    • Cash on delivery (COD) amounts, etc.


  1. Add a New Delivery Partner:

  • Click on the "New Delivery Partner" button.

  • Enter the email address of the delivery partner you wish to invite.

  • Click "Invite."

  1. Delivery Partner Onboarding:

  • The invited delivery partner will receive an email with instructions to complete their Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

  • Once the KYC process is completed, the delivery partner will be added to your store's list of available delivery partners.
