Activate and Optimize Your In-House Delivery Fleet

Efficient last-mile delivery is essential for customer satisfaction and operational success. Ordrio's In-House Delivery Fleet plugin empowers you to manage your own delivery team directly within the Ordrio platform.

Activating the In-House Delivery Fleet Plugin

1. Navigate to Plugins: From your Ordrio dashboard, go to the "Plugins" section.

2. Locate the In-House Delivery Fleet Plugin: Find the plugin using the search bar or by scrolling through the available plugins.

3. Click "Activate": Click the "Activate" button to enable the plugin.

Configuring the In-House Delivery Fleet Plugin

After activation, a new "Delivery Fleet" tab will appear in your Ordrio Plugins Section. Here's where you'll tailor the plugin to your specific needs:

• General Settings:

  • Enable OTP on Delivery: Toggle this option to require customers to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) for secure deliveries.

  • Order Assignment Mode:

    • Automatic: Orders are automatically assigned to available delivery personnel based on proximity, workload, or other predefined criteria.

    • Manual: You manually assign orders to specific delivery personnel.

  • Delivery Person Acceptance:

    • Required: Delivery personnel must accept assigned orders before they appear in their queue.

    • Optional: Orders are automatically assigned to delivery personnel without requiring their acceptance.
